UK: Standard shipping usually arrives in 3-5 days.

European Union: Allow an estimated 7-10 days for delivery.

Rest of the world: Allow an estimated 7-20 days for delivery. Specific delivery times will depend on the region.

We accept returns shipped within 14 days from the date of delivery in the UK. At this time we only accept returns for UK orders. Orders from outside the UK are not eligible for return.

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

As a small business, we are unable to offer exchanges at this current time. However, if you would like a different size, we recommend returning your order and placing a new one.

As we are a Untied Kingdom (UK) company, all our sizing is displayed in UK sizing standards. All items have been developed for a petite stature, which is for women with a height of 5’4” or less. 

That said we understand that there are short women with long legs and tall women with short legs. If you are 5'5" or 5'6" and have shorter legs our trousers may be the perfect fit for you!

Our size chart is only a guide, if you fall in-between sizes the right size for your will depend on your body shape, height and how loose or tight you like to wear your clothes. 

In fashion, petite size is a standard clothing size designed specifically for women 5 ft 4 inches and under, regardless of your size. Clothing designed for petite women is not simply about shortening clothing, but takes into consideration the overall body proportions for petite women.
